Changing your mind
For eligible online purchases, notify us that you wish to cancel within 14 days after the day you receive your goods.
For one order delivered in separate instalments, the period generally starts after you receive the last item.
Email admin@coreandglow.co.uk or write to [CONTACT ADDRESS]. A clear statement is sufficient; you do not need to give a reason or use our cancellation form.
Return the goods within 14 days after notifying us.
Sealed skincare and hygiene
The change-of-mind right does not apply to goods supplied sealed which are unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once that seal has been broken after delivery.
This exception applies only where those conditions are met. Opening the shipping carton alone does not automatically remove your cancellation rights.
How to return an item
Return goods to:
[FULL RETURNS ADDRESS]
Please package items securely and include your name and order number, or other proof of purchase. Keep evidence of posting.
For change-of-mind returns, you pay the direct return postage cost, provided we informed you of this before purchase.
We cover reasonable return costs where goods are faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied.
Refunds
For a valid cancellation, we refund the returned goods and, if you cancel the whole order, the cost of our least expensive standard outward delivery option.
We do not refund the additional cost of an upgraded delivery service.
We refund without undue delay and within 14 days after being informed of cancellation, but may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or evidence that you sent them back, whichever occurs first.
Refunds use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, without a refund fee.
We may make a lawful deduction for loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the goods’ nature, characteristics and functioning.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods
Contact admin@coreandglow.co.uk with your order details and a description of the issue. Photographs, where reasonably available, can help us investigate.
Goods must meet applicable standards of quality, fitness for purpose and description. Where they do not, your statutory remedies may include rejection and refund, replacement or a price reduction, depending on the circumstances.
The hygiene exception does not remove these rights. Sale items retain the same statutory protection.
Please report problems promptly, but a short reporting deadline is not a condition of your statutory rights.
